VINTAGE BRILLIANCE
The Details
"It looks much bigger, you can almost believe it's closer to 0.80 ct" - so it's not often that I want things to look bigger than they are, but diamonds are the exception.
The stone is Antique Cushion Cut and is set in fishtail prongs. There is a serious lack of stamps, but since it is in 14K I guess the ring is not Swedish.
Together with my goldsmith I conclude that the ring is quite modern, but designed in a vintage style. It is in impeccable condition and is currently a size 17 but can be resized to fit most fingers.

The Details
Looking for a vintage engagement dream - this is it!
We are talking a total of 0.65ct diamonds, with a 0.25ct center stone. The stones are crispy white, and I am struggling to find any inclusions, even using a loupe. The condition is excellent, and the craftsmanship exquisite - in other words this is a ring you can wear every day for the rest of your life. The ring is hallmarked O9 for 1964, and LWP for Lawepe Guldsmedsatelje Georg Pere.
